Check feature availability and avoid unsupported purchases

Use the live catalog rather than assuming every advertised capability is enabled.

Before you start

Product pages describe service families. Availability is determined by the console catalog, provider capabilities, certified images, and capacity.

Steps

  1. Open Explore services and check the current plan and checkout state.
  2. For GPU images, inspect the compatible template list for the selected GPU/provider pair.
  3. For managed AI, read enabled model state and limits in the playground or API catalog.
  4. For existing services, use only the controls exposed as supported by that provider.
  5. If a reseller, DNS, AI bot, bundle, advanced training, or video workflow is not available, contact support for its status instead of ordering a different product as a substitute.

Check the result

You order only a supported offering with a visible price and working checkout path.

Troubleshooting

A saved image, API command, disabled button, or marketing description is not a guarantee of active capacity. AI bots and bundles may remain gated. Existing services can have management access even when new plans are not for sale.
