Manage an existing reseller hosting service

Use reseller controls only when your account and provider plan include them.

Before you start

Have an active reseller service and the appropriate console account role. New reseller checkout may be unavailable if no supported plan is listed.

Steps

  1. Open the reseller service in My services.
  2. Use the supported panel link to manage hosting accounts.
  3. Inspect Child accounts in the console where available to review provider-managed customer hosting accounts.
  4. Create or change hosting accounts only within your reseller limits and plan terms.
  5. Track customer domains, quotas, and renewal obligations in your own records and review service usage.

Check the result

The panel and child-account list show the hosting accounts managed by your reseller service.

Troubleshooting

Reseller hosting accounts are different from console users and customer accounts. Do not transfer VM ownership or billing records to imitate reseller access. Contact support if the provider capability or account role is missing.
