Create a DocVault AI document service

Set up an AI document library and check storage and processing readiness.

Before you start

Select an available DocVault AI plan and the owning customer account. Have documents you are allowed to process.

Steps

  1. Choose DocVault AI in Explore services and review storage, document, and AI usage limits.
  2. Enter a descriptive service name and the required storage configuration.
  3. Review the billing mode and deploy once.
  4. Open the service’s Library and AI Chat areas when provisioning is complete.
  5. Upload a small supported document and wait until its indexing state is ready before asking a question.

Check the result

The service stores the document and its indexed content is ready for chat.

Troubleshooting

Document processing depends on available managed worker capacity. Customers do not need to install the internal iSpeed worker themselves for a managed DocVault service. A stored file is not necessarily indexed yet.
