Find invoices payment history and project usage

Locate account billing records and investigate a charge without exposing payment secrets.

Before you start

Select the correct account; billing history is scoped to account access.

Steps

  1. Open Billing and inspect invoices for the relevant period.
  2. Open the invoice to review its line items, service names, amount, and payment status.
  3. Compare wallet transactions with the invoice or usage view. A usage event, wallet debit, and invoice line can describe the same underlying charge.
  4. Use Projects and Billing usage to identify which resource generated the cost. Check stopped GPU disks and active subscriptions as well as running compute.
  5. If something does not reconcile, send support the invoice ID, service ID, time range, and a concise explanation of the expected amount.

Check the result

You can trace a charge to its account and resource without changing any billing records.

Troubleshooting

Switch accounts if records are missing. Do not share billing screenshots containing another person’s payment information.
